Since 2011 True Recruitment Solutions has been working with Employers to help them recruit permanent and fixed-term contract staff. Your requirements in terms of professional and personal skill set are paramount and I take that very seriously. I will only ever present you with Candidates who I feel are right for the role you are looking to fill, and since I conduct a full pre-screening of all Candidates prior to presentation I will always be in a position to discuss with you why I feel that person is worth your consideration.
Where necessary I will advise on current candidate-market trends so that where appropriate I can manage your expectations and look to review the person specification if I feel that will help me find you a better selection of suitable Candidates to interview.

Candidates
When discussing a live vacancy I will always start by asking you what your key objectives and motivators are, and your preferences in terms of employer type, in order to make sure I am talking to you about a relevant and suitable position.
I will treat you as an individual, not simply a CV that I submit to a potential Employer. I will never encourage you to go for a position that you’re not committed to so as not to waste your time, or my client’s.
I will help prepare you for interview to whatever degree you require, and will always make sure you understand what will be expected of you during the interviews you go for. I will also ensure you are given the fullest possible feedback following your interview, and, where relevant and required, assist you with resignation and notice period.
