Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter, East Coast or Central US + WFH, $70k + benefits

Our growing People Team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to deliver our Talent Acquisition Strategy, as well as deliver a great service to both internal and external stakeholders.

As we continue our rapid growth, especially in the US, ensuring that we can bring the right people on board at the right time to meet our hiring needs is essential to our success, and in this role you will be partnering with our hiring managers and business leaders to develop role profiles, manage hiring strategies, and grow our employer brand.

With excellent overall recruitment skills, strong relationship building skills, experience in a fast paced (ideally high-tech/SaaS software-based) environment, and ideally with some experience of hiring internationally, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference.

This is a role where no day is the same and so we need someone who is able to multitask, be a great team player, and be an ambassador for the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, developing and delivering effective talent acquisition strategies to acquire the right talent at the right time to meet the hiring needs of the business
  • Build business and commercial acumen to identify and attract and acquire key talent
  • Research and identify new talent communities to build networks for hiring today and in the future, and building diversity into our talent pools
  • Contribute to building employment brand leveraging various channels with an emphasis on social media
  • Assist with building and improving Talent Acquisition strategy and processes
  • Aim to improve the utilization of our ATS

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • 3 to 5 years recruiting experience, ideally some of it within a SAAS or some kind of tech environment but this is not essential
  • Some experience of recruiting for international/global roles
  • Must have both Inhouse and Agency experience and be familiar/comfortable with volume recruitment/a very varied and changing workload
  • Great client management skills with ability to consult and influence on optimal strategies and processes
  • Advanced experience with internet technologies and social media to effectively resource passive candidates
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Experience in developing a diverse and inclusive talent pool
  • Desire to be part of building a function, not just filling vacancies
  • Able to help managers translate needs into role profiles
  • Ability to meet commitments in project schedules and to anticipate change and adapt quickly
  • Ability to gather requirements and define and/or improve existing processes
